This week we begin a two-part mini-series within the Lunatic Fringe talking about the right wing war on college educations. As any right wing commentator can tell you, college definitely isn’t for you because you can’t afford it, so sit back, and let their kids become your permanently installed overlords and stop complaining you worthless peon, you should have learned to code, you don’t need college to learn to code.
The right cannot allow a world where their children leave the home and go off to a place where they learn how to learn, experience new things, and meet people who aren’t approved by their parents. So this week we begin with a survey of the some of the biggest figures in fascist propaganda giving their thoughts on college, showing us just how scared they are that little Timmy might stop hating the gays.
